How do I fix Android Error 907?

The Android error 907 is a pretty common error that can occur when you are trying to download or update an app from the Google Play Store. There are a few reasons why this error might occur, but the most likely reason is that your device is not connected to a stable internet connection. This error can also occur if there is a problem with the Google Play Store itself, or if you have a very old version of the Android operating system.

1. Restart your device in recovery mode and wipe the cache partition

  1. Once your device is powered off, hold down the Power button and Volume Down button until you see the Android system recovery screen.
  2. Use the Volume Up button to highlight the “wipe cache partition” option and use the Volume Down button to select it.
  3. Press the Power button to select the option and then press the Volume Up button to confirm.
  4. When the wipe cache partition process is complete, use the Volume Down button to highlight the “Reboot system now” option and press the Power button to select it.
  5. Press the Volume Up button to confirm and your device will restart.

2. Factory reset your device

  1. Shut down your device if it is currently running.
  2. Remove the battery and SD card if applicable.
  3. Hold down the Volume Down key and press the Power key.
  4. When the Android logo appears, release the Power key.
  5. Press the Volume Up key to enter the Recovery Mode menu.
  6. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
  7. Press the Volume Up key to enter the Recovery Mode menu.
  8. Select Advanced Wipe.
  9. Select the Cache, System, Data, and Factory reset options.
  10. Press the Volume Down key to select the Reset Phone option.
  11. Press the Volume Down key to select the Erase Phone option.
  12. Press the Power key to confirm.
  13. Press the Volume Down key to return to the Recovery Mode menu.
  14. Select Reboot System Now.
  15. Press the Power key to restart your device.

3. Reflash your device with a stock or custom ROM

  1. Back up any important data on your device.
  2. Connect your device to a power source and a computer.
  3. Download the ROM you want to use.
  4. Unzip the ROM to a folder on your computer.
  5. Boot your device into recovery mode (by pressing and holding the power button and the volume down button at the same time).
  6. If you are using a custom ROM, make sure you have properly installed it on your device. To do this, follow the instructions that came with your ROM.
  7. If you are using a stock ROM, press the backup button to create a backup of your current ROM.
  8. Select “wipe data/factory reset” from the recovery menu.
