1. Clear Google Play Store cache
Google Play Store cache may be causing the Android error code 491. Turning your device off for at least three minutes allows it to clear the cache. Disconnect from the internet.

Go to Settings.

Look for Application.

Look for Google Play Store and press Disable/Force to stop.

Press Clear Data.

Now, back to Application look for Google Play Services.

Go Storage and press Clear cache.

Then press Manage storage, then press Clear All Data.

2. Synchronize Google account

4. Reset device to Factory Setting
