  19. Click the Security tab and then click the Advanced button.
  20. Click the Edit button next to the Permissions for This Volume entry.
  21. Enter the correct permissions for the user account you want to use to access the volume.
  22. Click OK.
  23. Close the Computer Management Console.
  24. Restart the computer.
