How do I fix the error code 98 on my Sprint phone?

1. Update the operating system on the device

5. Update the software on the device

  1. Go to the Settings app on your device.
  2. Scroll down and select System updates.
  3. Tap on the Update option.
  4. Select the latest software update.
  5. Tap on Install.
  6. Once the update is installed, reboot your phone.
