- If the Camera window is open, make sure that the quality setting is set to High
- If the Camera window is not open, click on the Quality slider in the Camera window to set the quality
- If the Camera window is open, click on the button to take a photo
- If the Camera window is not open, click on the Camera icon in the taskbar (or on the desktop if the app is not currently open) to take a photo
4. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the camera app
- First, open the Settings app on your device.
- Under "General," tap on "Software Update."
- If the "Update" button is grayed out, you may need to enable "Software Update" from the Settings app.
- Tap on the "Update" button to install the latest software update.
- If the "Update" button fails to install the latest software update, try reinstalling the camera app.
- To uninstall the camera app, tap on the "Uninstall" button on the app's main screen.
- tap on the "Uninstall" button again if prompted to confirm.
- After the camera app is uninstalled, try reinstalling it.
- To reinstall the camera app, tap on the "Install" button on the app's main screen.
- After the camera app is installed, try launching it.
