Error code: no_account means that the account does not exist. This error code happens because the account may have been deleted, or the account may never have existed.
1. Ensure that the account exists and that the credentials are correct
If the account does not exist, then the first step is to verify that the account exists. To do this, the system will look for the existence of an Active Directory account with the same name and password as the account that is trying to be created. If the account does not exist, then the system will create the account and return an error code of "no_account." If the account exists, but the credentials are incorrect, then the second step is to verify the credentials. To do this, the system will compare the account name and password to the credentials that are currently registered for the account. If the credentials are not correct, then the system will return an error code of "no_account." If the credentials are correct, then the system will return an error code of "account_not_found."
2. If the account exists, try resetting the password
If the account exists, try resetting the password in order to fix error code: no_account
3. If the account does not exist, create it
- Open the Google account manager on your computer or phone.
- Under "My accounts," click on the "Create an account" link.
- Enter your desired username and password.
- If you do not have a Google account, create one.
- Click on the "Create account" button.
- You will be taken to the confirmation page. Click on the "Create account" button again to finish creating your account.
