1. Check the Xbox Live service status

  1. On your Xbox One console, go to Settings.
  2. Under System, go to Online Services.
  3. On the left-hand side, under Xbox Live, see if there is a green “Online” light next to the “XBOX Live” text.

  5. To fix the issue, follow the steps below: a. If you are using a wired connection, try restarting your modem and router. b. 2. Restart the Xbox One console

  5. Select Yes to restart.

3. Clear the system cache

  1. Go to the “system cache” in the “settings” menu on your Xbox One.
  2. Clear the system cache.
  3. Rejoin the multiplayer game and try to start a new match.
  4. If the issue persists, try to clear the console’s cache.
