1. Restart your device
- From your home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the app drawer.
- Tap and hold on the Hulu app until it starts to jiggle.
- Drag the Hulu app to the trashcan icon at the top of the app drawer.
- Tap the “Restart” button at the bottom of the app drawer.
- If you’re prompted to choose an option, tap “Reboot.”
- After your device restarts, tap the “Hulu” app icon on the home screen.
- Tap the “Sign In” button.
- Enter your login information and tap “Sign In.”
- If you’re prompted to update your app, tap “Update Now.”
- If you’re not prompted to update your app, tap “OK.”
- If you’re still having trouble logging in, try the following: a. Reset your password. b. Try connecting to Hulu using a different device. c. Try connecting to Hulu using a different browser. d. Try connecting to Hulu using a different network.
2. Update your device
- Select System
- Select About Phone
- Scroll down to the "Software Update" section
- Tap on the "Update" button
- If there is an update available, the device will download and install it.
- Once the update is complete, select "Reboot" to restart your device.
- You should now be able to access hulu content without any error codes.
3. Check your internet connection
- From the desktop, open the "Network and Sharing Center"
- Under the "Network and Sharing Center" heading, click on the "Manage Network Connections" icon.
- In the "Manage Network Connections" window, click on the "Network Connections" tab.
- Under the "Network Connections" tab, click on the "Properties" button.
- In the "Properties" window, click on the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" tab.
- In the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties" window, click on the "Connections" tab.
- In the "Connections" tab, click on the "Add" button.
- In the "Add" window, click on the "TCP/IPv4" button.
- In the "TCP/IPv4" window, enter the following information: Server: <server name> IP Address: <server ip address> Netmask: <netmask> Default Gateway: <default gateway address>
- Click on the "OK" button.
- In the "Connections" tab, click on the "Close" button.
- In the "Manage Network Connections" window, click on the "OK" button.
- Restart your computer.
- Open your web browser and go to the hulu.com website.
- Click on the "Watch TV" button.
- If the error message is no longer displayed, your internet connection is probably fixed.
