1. Check the water level in the boiler and refill if necessary

2. Check for any blockages in the water supply lines
The first step would be to inspect the water pressure in the home. If the water pressure is low, then the water supply lines might be blocked. If the water pressure is normal, then the next step would be to check for any leaks in the water supply lines. If there are no leaks, then the next step would be to check for any blockages in the water supply lines. If there are any blockages, then the water supply lines would need to be replaced.
3. Check the pressure relief valve and reset if necessary
- Open the pressure relief valve by turning the handle to the left.
- If the pressure relief valve does not open, turn the handle to the right and check for obstructions.
- Close the pressure relief valve by turning the handle to the left.
- If the pressure relief valve still does not open, turn the handle to the right and check for obstructions.
- If the pressure relief valve still does not open, reset the navien error code 515-09.
- Turn the power off and on to the unit.
- Wait 10 minutes and check the pressure relief valve again.
