1. Check your internet connection

3. Update your system software

  1. Navigate to System Settings in the Nintendo eShop on your system.
  2. Select System Update from the menu.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
  4. Once the update is complete, select System Update again to restart your system.
