1. Restart your device and try again

  4. On the app screen, tap on the 'Restart' button.

4. Clear the cache and data of the Google Play Store app

  1. Open the Google Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Select Clear Cache and Data.
  4. Tap OK.

5. Factory reset your Android device

  1. Go to Settings on your device.
  2. Select "General"
  3. Select "Reset"
  4. Select "Factory Reset"
  5. Choose "Yes" on the next screen
  6. After the reset is complete, select "Reboot" from the same screen.
