1. Check your internet connection

  1. Open the "Spotify" application on your computer.
  2. Click on the "Settings" menu.
  3. In the "Settings" menu, click on "Connection"
  4. In the "Connection" window, click on the "Details" tab.
  5. In the "Details" tab, click on the "Internet Connections" tab.
  6. In the "Internet Connections" tab, make sure that the "Connection" is set to "Ok."

2. Restart your device

3. Update Spotify

  1. Open up Spotify and sign in
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on the three lines in the top left-hand corner which say "Settings."
  3. On the Settings page, click on the "Account" tab and then on the "Update Spotify" button.
  4. On the "Update Spotify" page, click on the "Update Now" button.
  5. On the "Update Spotify" page, Spotify will check for the latest updates and then prompt you to install them. If there are any updates waiting for you, they will be installed and you will be returned to the "Update Spotify" page.
  6. Once the updates are installed, click on the "OK" button.
  7. Once the updates are installed, Spotify will restart and you will be able to use the latest features and improvements.

4. Reinstall Spotify

  1. Open the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Type "chrome://settings" into the address bar and press Enter.
  3. Click the "Advanced" link located in the "Settings" panel.
  4. Under the "Network" heading, click on the "Connections" tab.
  5. Locate and click on the "Spotify" connection.
  6. Click on the "Update" button located in the "Settings" panel.
  7. If prompted, enter your Spotify password.
  8. Click on the "OK" button.
  9. Reload the Spotify web page.

5. Reset your password

  1. Login to spotify.com and click on the "Account" link in the top right corner.
  2. Click on the "Reset Password" link in the "My Account" section.
  3. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field and click on the "Reset Password" button.
  4. If the password reset process is successful, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Click on the "Yes, reset my password" button to finish.
  5. You will now be able to login to your account without needing to remember your password.
