1. Check your internet connection and try again
- Open the "Network and Sharing Center" by clicking on the "Start" button and clicking on "Network and Internet".
- In the "Network and Sharing Center", click on "Change adapter settings".
- Right-click on the network adapter that you want to check and click on "Properties".
- In the "Properties" window, click on the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties" tab.
- In the "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties" window, make sure that the "Use the following IP address" is set to "Default Gateway".
- If the "Use the following IP address" is not set to "Default Gateway", enter the "Default Gateway" address in the "Default Gateway" field.
- If the "Use the following IP address" is set to "Default Gateway", make sure that the "IPv4 Address" field is set to the correct IP address.

- Check your login credentials by logging in to your vyprvpn account and checking the "Log In" link in the header of your homepage.
