1. Reinstall Graphics card driver

Uninstall graphics card driver

  1. Go to Control Panel.
  2. Uninstall the graphics driver.
  3. Use CCleaner to clear all remaining GPU.
  4. Restart.

Install the latest Graphics card driver

NOTE: Latest graphics card driver includes the latest version of DirectX. and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

  1. Download and install latest graphics card driver. Please see below for the download link.
    NOTE: If you are using Intel or AMD APU CPU especially on a laptop, please install Intel HD driver or APU driver before installing dedicated graphics cards such as NVIDIA.
    NOTE: When you are installing a graphics card driver, always enable or select Clean Install.
  2. Restart.
  3. Try again.

2. Reinstall Microsoft.NET Framework

  1. Click Windows Start, type in Control panel and press Enter.
  2. In the Control Panel, click Uninstall a program.
  3. Look for Microsoft.NET Framework, right-click it and select uninstall.
  4. Download the latest version of Microsoft.NET Framework and then install it.
  5. Restart your computer.
  6. Run or install the application where the error was encountered.
