Error code 0xc000025 is a Windows error code that indicates a problem with the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) store. This error can be caused by a number of factors, including a corrupt or missing BCD, a corrupt or missing boot.ini file, or a corrupt or missing Ntldr file. This error can also be caused by a hardware issue, such as a faulty hard drive or a bad memory module.

1. Restart your computer and try again

  1. Restart your computer.
