2. Run a security scan to check for any malicious software that may be causing the issue
- Open the Command Prompt (Windows) or Terminal (Mac)
- Type "scanner" and press Enter
- Type "blzbntbgs00003f8" and press Enter
- Type "scan" and press Enter

3. Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software and relaunch the game
