1. Delete adi folder and SC Info folder

For Windows

1. Close iTunes.
2. Click Windows Start, then type in Run and press Enter.
3. In Run, type in %ProgramData% and press Enter. NOTE: If the file is hidden, please see instructions below.
4. Click Apple Computer folder and then click iTunes folder.

6. Restart your PC.

Windows 8: Click View then Options and then enable Show hidden files, folders, and drives
