This error code indicates that there is a problem with the Nintendo Switch console's wireless connection. The most likely cause is that the console is not properly connected to the wireless router. Make sure that the Switch console is within range of the router and that there are no obstructions between the two devices. If the problem persists, try restarting both the Switch console and the router.
