The Nintendo Switch error code 2110 is a network error that occurs when the console is unable to connect to the Nintendo eShop. This can happen for a number of reasons, such as a weak or unstable internet connection, or if the Nintendo eShop is down for maintenance.
If you receive this error code, first try restarting your Nintendo Switch and connecting to the internet again. If that does not work, try connecting to a different internet connection, or wait a few hours and try again later.
1. Update your software
- Quit any open applications on your Nintendo Switch.
- Connect your Nintendo Switch to your computer.
- Click the Nintendo Switch icon in the notification area of your computer.
- Click System Update on the menu that appears.
- Click the Update System Software button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- When the update is finished, restart your Nintendo Switch.
2. Check for system updates

3. Connect to the Internet
- Power down the Nintendo Switch and unplug it from the power source.
- Remove the screws that secure the top cover.
- Remove the top cover.
- Locate and remove the Ethernet cable.
- Locate and remove the USB-C cable.
- Locate and remove the AC adapter.
- Locate and remove the SD card.
- Restore the Switch’s default settings.
- Reconnect the Ethernet cable, USB-C cable, and AC adapter.
- Replace the top cover.
4. Power cycle your Nintendo Switch
- Turn the Nintendo Switch off by pressing the power button on the front of the device.
- Hold down the home button and turn the Nintendo Switch on by pressing the power button on the front of the device.
- When the Nintendo Switch screen turns on, release the home button.
- Wait until the system finishes powering on.
- Press and hold the left Joy-Con button until the Nintendo Switch screen turns off.
- Hold down the right Joy-Con button until the system reboots.
- If the issue persists, try resetting the system by holding down the power button and the home button at the same time until the system turns off.
- After resetting the system, try the steps outlined in step 5 again.

- Open the Nintendo Switch System Settings. 2.Select "System Settings" from the main menu. 3.Select "Error Codes." 4.Select "2110." 5.Enter your system's "Message Code" and click "Submit."
