How to fix Pokemon Home Error Code 504?

Pokemon Home Error Code 504 is caused by the server being unable to communicate with the client. This can happen for a number of reasons, including the server being down or the client's internet connection being unstable.

1. Check for updates to the Pokémon Home app

Step 1. Open the Pokémon Home app. Step 2. Tap the "Menu" button in the top left corner. Step 3. Tap "Check for Updates." Step 4. If there are any updates available, they will be displayed. Tap "Update Now." Step 5. The app will update and you will be able to fix the pokemon home error code 504.

2. Force quit the Pokémon Home app and relaunch

3. Restart your device

  1. Press and hold the Power button for about 10 seconds until the device turns off.
  2. Reattach the battery and press the Power button.
  3. If the device prompts you to choose a language, press the Volume Down button to select English.
  4. Press the Power button to restart the device.
  5. If the device restarts without solving the problem, try these steps again. -Remove the battery and reattach it. -Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the device turns off. -Reattach the battery and press the Power button. -Select English and press the Power button to restart the device.

4. Delete and reinstall the Pokémon Home app

  1. Launch the Pokémon Home app on your device.
  2. Tap on the three lines in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu that pops up.
  4. Under "General," tap on "Apps."
  5. Tap on the "Pokémon Home" app.
  6. Tap on "Delete."
  7. Confirm by tapping on " Delete App."
  8. Launch the Pokémon Home app on your device again.
  9. Tap on the three lines in the top right corner.
  10. Select "Settings" from the menu that pops up.
  11. Under "General," tap on "Apps."
  12. Tap on the "Pokémon Home" app.
  13. Tap on "Reinstall."
  14. Confirm by tapping on "Reinstall App."
  15. Launch the Pokémon Home app on your device again.
  16. Tap on the three lines in the top right corner.
  17. Select "Settings" from the menu that pops up.
  18. Under "General," tap on "Apps."
  19. Tap on the "Pokémon Home" app.
  20. Tap on "Start."
  21. The app should now be installed and the error code should have disappeared.

5. Contact Pokémon Home customer support

  1. Open the Pokémon Home website.
  2. In the top left corner, click on the "Contact Us" button.
  3. In the "Contact Us" window, click on the "Support" tab.
  4. In the "Support" tab, click on the "Error Code" link.
  5. In the "Error Code" window, click on the "504" link.
  6. In the "504" window, provide the following information: -Your username -Your password -The error code
  7. Click on the "Submit" button.
  8. In the "Thank You" window, click on the "Close" button.
  9. Click on the "Close" button in the "Thank You" window.
