1. Edit account

"PS4 activation error" may be caused by a bug in restoring licenses. Also, the error may appear when setting the account to primary, activating or deactivating your account. To fix the error try to edit your user account settings. See instructions below.

1. Go to Power

2. Select Log Out of PS4

3. Select another account.

4. Then go to Setting.

5. Select PlayStation Network / Account Management.

6. Select Activate as Your Primary PS4.

7. Then, go back to the game and restoring licenses.

8. Repeat step 1, then select your main account and Activate it as your primary.

9. Then, go back to the game and restoring licenses.
