How to fix T-Mobile eSIM?

A T-Mobile eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to activate a T-Mobile plan on your device without having to use a physical SIM card. You can usually find the eSIM settings in the "Network & Internet" section of your device's Settings menu.

1. Update the carrier settings on your iPhone

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to General.
  3. Tap on Cellular.
  4. Under "Cellular Service," make sure that T-Mobile is listed as your preferred network.
  5. If necessary, scroll down and tap on Carrier Mode.
  6. Tap on the switch next to T-Mobile to turn it on.

2. If you have an iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, or iPhone XR, go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan and tap Add New Plan

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and go to Cellular.
  2. On the Cellular page, you will see a list of all of your current cellular plans.
  3. In the Add Cellular Plan section, you will see an option to Add New Plan.
  4. Tap on Add New Plan and you will be taken to a new screen where you can choose your new cellular plan.
  5. You will need to fill in the details of your new plan, including your phone number, email address, and billing address.
  6. Once you have filled in all of the information, tap on Next.
  7. You will now be taken to a summary screen where you will be able to review all of the information that you have entered.
  8. If you are happy with the information on the summary screen, tap on Save.
  9. If you have any questions about the process, tap on Ask Question.
  10. Once you have saved your new plan, your cellular service will start working with your new plan.
