The zoom error code 2011 is an error that can occur when trying to zoom in on an image. - Press the "Menu" button again and select the "Image Size" option.
- Select the "Zoom" option and press the "OK" button.
- Press the "OK" button to set the zoom level.
- Press the "OK" button to exit the "Image Size" option.
- Press the "Menu" button again and select the "Video Quality" option.
- Select the "Zoom" option and press the "OK" button.
- Press the "OK" button to set the zoom level.
- Press the "OK" button to exit the "Video Quality" option.
- Press the "Menu" button again and select the "Date/Time" option.
- Select the "Zoom" option and press the "OK" button.
- Press the "OK" button to set the zoom level.
- Press the "OK" button to exit the "Date/Time" option.
- Press the "Menu" button again and select the "Setup" option.
- Press the "OK" button to exit the "Setup" option.
3. Reformat the memory card
- Remove the memory card from the camera.
- Reformat the memory card using the formatting utility that came with your camera.
- Insert the memory card back into the camera.
- Turn on the camera and check to see if the zoom error code has been fixed.
4. Reset the camera to its factory settings
- Remove the battery from the camera.
- Turn off the camera.
- Remove the memory card and any other removable media.
- Turn on the camera.
- Hold down the power button until the camera turns off.
- Wait a few seconds and turn on the camera again.
- Press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds.
- The camera should display a message telling you to insert the memory card.
- After the memory card is inserted, the camera will reboot and you will be taken to the main menu.
- Select "Settings" and then "Reset"
- Enter the new zoom error code 2011 and press "OK"
- Select "Yes" to reset the camera.
