1. Restart your device

2. Check your internet connection

4. Clear cache and data

  4. Select "Google Play" from the list of applications
  5. Select the "Clear Cache and Data" button
  6. Confirm the action by clicking the "Clear Cache and Data" button again
  7. Restart the Google Play application if it is not already running
