1. Power cycle (turn off) PS4 and Modem router
"PS4 error E-82000000" may be caused by your PS4 or modem router caches. Due to the cache problem, your game may not work properly. To flash out temporary files/ cache, remove your PS4 and modem router from the power source for at least three minutes. This will discharge the power inside both devices and the temporary files/ cache will be automatically deleted from the memory. 2. Check for System Software and Game Update
